6. Reservation of choosen property in Florida

7. All necessary documents to purchase real estate in the USA

Mortgage and property finance in the United States (if necessary)

Obtain a mortgage in the U.S. to 70% or 80% of the property value, unfortunately, is no longer possible, and belongs to history. After the huge crisis, economic collapse and the so-called credit crunch that happened in the United States in 2008 – 2009, U.S. banks are reluctant to lend money.

IMPORTANT UPDATE! From January 2022 we have special program for foreign nationals wish to get a mortgage in United States. We can help you finance the property up to 70% of the value. So you need 30% down payment.

But still, for our customers, we are able to get 60% to 70% mortgage for the property purchase in Florida (subject to status).

A mortgage can be obtained for a period from 5 to 30 years (sometimes 35 years) with no restrictions on age (depending on the client’s financial situation).

9. Property closing. The signing of the property deeds in Florida

Property deed are signed at the notary. Notary fees range from a $ 500 to $ 3,000 depends of the property price. The exact amount of the notary fees, we only can get at the specific property you are buying.
